Nottingham Heathcare NHS Trust is the largest mental health treatment provider in Europe operating at over 100 sites, employing over 6,500 people.
As part of a major change initiative, six different organisations were merged into one, under the name of Nottingham Healthcare NHS Trust. The board needed help and support to develop and implement a new corporate communications strategy to engage with the various stakeholders around mental health in Nottingham.
Win Marketing developed a communications and involvement strategy for them based on desk research and interviews with various members of staff and stakeholders. A national, local and internal PR campaign was implemented including GP’s and the general public to create awareness of mental health. We interviewed various members of staff and stakeholders; Win Marketing was also responsible for helping to recruit an internal communications team and setting up the crisis PR plan.
